Fall 2015 Culinary Nutrition Expert Program Registration Now Open

The Culinary Nutrition Expert program is open for registration once again! This course changed my life in many great ways and I want to share what you can expect if you decide you want to take the course too. Personally, the course has given me the tools and confidence that I needed in the kitchen. I know what I should and shouldn’t be putting in my body and I have mastered the simple art of meal planning and prep. I learned (and am still learning) about how to use foods in a healing way. Meal planning and making 99% of our own meals and snacks from healthy, unprocessed ingredients and not eating out has saved me a LOT of money in 2015. Even buying mostly organic I’ve been able to spend less than I had in the past. You wouldn’t believe how fast frozen pizzas and trips to A & W add up. My athletic career is reaching new heights because of how I eat now too. Shifting from a very high carbohydrate to a higher fat diet has been like night and day in terms of my overall energy.Yes, I started my own business and help others in many different ways, but the skills you learn for yourself will last forever.

Some specifics of the 14 week Culinary Nutrition Expert program include:

  • 11 different workshop modules. All of them professionally shot and pre-recorded. You will always have access to these once you get them. I’ve gone back and watched certain ones over and over again.
  • You’ll be assigned a CNE coach. You can ask your coach for help on anything. They will mark your assignments as well. I was lucky enough to have Sondi Bruner (from www.sondibruner.com) as my CNE coach.
  • Each of the 14 weeks you’ll get a live Q and A session with Meghan. These are fantastic if you have any questions you want to ask the lady herself!
  • Expert Interviews. This was one of my favorite parts of the course. Once a week or every couple of weeks, Meghan will interview an expert in their respective fields (we did gluten, marketing, mushrooms, and many more). Usually at the end of every interview, if you had any questions, you could get them answered from the expert themselves! These were always so informative and I always learned so much.

You will usually have two assignments every week. One is always a recipe assignment (this is where you get to hone your cooking skills and impress others in your home!) and the other is a written assignment, which could be anything. Once a week you’ll gain access to your new module and videos, which have to be completed via a quiz at the end before you can access the next module. With your weekly Q and A and some mandatory reading and video watching, this course will keep you busy!
