Food Prep- Not As Bad As You Think

After working with dozens of people over the past couple of years, one problem most people have sticks out more than anything else. Food prep and not having time to food prep. We’ve all been there, including myself- It’s been a long day and you have a fridge full of great healthy food, but would rather opt for fast food because all the work is done for you rather than actually taking the time to prepare the food you have at home. Lately, I’ve been hearing a lot of people complain about this exact thing and having to eat out or miss meals entirely. Hearing all this made me curious how long it actually takes to meal and snack prep. Fall 2015 Culinary Nutrition Expert Program Registration Now Open

My last assignment I had in the CNE program. I did a workshop focusing on endurance athletes.

The Culinary Nutrition Expert program is open for registration once again! This course changed my life in many great ways and I want to share what you can expect if you decide you want to take the course too. Personally, the course has given me the tools and confidence that I needed in the kitchen.
